IntelliGenesis has introduced CYBERSPAN, an innovative network detection and response platform specifically designed for managed security service providers (MSSPs). Originally developed to safeguard small and mid-sized contractors within the Defense Industrial Base, this platform is now optimized for multi-tenant environments, allowing MSSPs to efficiently scale their cybersecurity operations.

CYBERSPAN features a multi-tenant architecture that enables providers to onboard new customers using a standardized delivery model while ensuring strict tenant isolation. The platform is agentless and cloud-optional, allowing flexible sensor deployment across both on-premises and cloud environments. It integrates seamlessly with existing SIEM, SOAR, and ticketing systems through API connections.

Each tenant within the CYBERSPAN system maintains its own baselines and models, learning normal network behavior during an initial burn-in period. This capability allows the system to flag activities that deviate from established patterns, enhancing threat detection accuracy.
